On the afternoon of January 18, 2025, Shandong Unia Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Unia" or "the Company") held a grand signing ceremony for the 2025 annual target responsibility agreement and a New Year's meeting at the Yingxi Huangjia Hotel in Qihe. More than 130 people attended the event, including company shareholder representatives, management, all employees, and some employees' family members. A solemn signing ceremony for the target responsibility agreements kicked off the event. To further clarify the key tasks for 2025 and strengthen the performance evaluation mechanism, General Manager Cui Chengpeng signed the 2025 target responsibility agreements with senior management and department heads. The comprehensive, precise, and challenging operational and management indicators indicate that the company's operating performance and management level will reach a new level in 2025.

Next, Cui Chengpeng, the company's founder and general manager, delivered a New Year's address.
